Small Events

Photo coverage for small events (under 30 people) or birthday parties are $200/hour.

What’s included:

• Combination of photo details—décor, ambiance, etc.—and candid shots with a few posed photos expected such as groups, staff, teams, family, and guest of honor.

• Online Gallery to share your favorite captured moments with family, friends, and colleagues. Images are available to purchase* as digital downloads or online prints

• Client Gallery Downloads are included for events of 3+ hours

Small event pricing excludes weddings, specialty parties such as quinceañera, sweet sixteen, dhoti/saree ceremony. 25% non-refundable deposit required

Large Events

Photo coverage for larger events (31-250 people) or weddings are $350/hour (5 hour minimum).

What’s included:

• Combination of photo details—décor, ambiance, etc.—and candid/posed shots of attendees, staff, families, wedding party and wedding couple

• Online Gallery to share your favorite captured moments with family, friends, and colleagues.

• Personal printing and usage rights to the entire gallery of edited images—provided on thumb drive or digital download

25% non-refundable deposit required with contract to secure your event.

On-Site Prints

On-Site Prints are available for most events where I’m in a designated area for all or part of your event. Starting at $400

What’s included:

• Typically one on-site 5x7 print per couple or family depending on the event within 45 seconds to 1 minute after the best photo is taken.

• Prints include a card-stock paper frame with some customization options available (frames require a 4 week minimum advanced order—non-refundable)

• Prints can be sold individually to attendees ($10 each) or pre-purchased in advanced as part of your event package
